Each reprdocution is a hand made by myself, Gabe Leonard. They are printed on 100% cotton canvas using museum quality inks at extremely high resolution and then hand stretched onto wooden stretcher bars. A final coat of varnish is then applied to protect the piece and give it a nice glossy surface.

On embellished reproductions I then build up translucent layers with paint recreating actual burshwork.  This  process creates a painterly texture on the surface that gives the work the appearance of an original oil painting. These canvas prints are very unique due to the extensive hand work required to make them.

Framing is not required but you may frame the reproduciton just as you would an original painting.

Ebellished canvas reproductions are a good choice for those who want the look and feel of an original painting on canvas when the original painting is no longer available or doesn't fit within your budget.

Available Editions

I have started two seperate edtions for most images. The first is limited to 100 reproductions and is generally 20 inches on the longest side. The second is limited to 75 reproductions and on most images is 20 inches on the shortest side. contact me to find out the actual dimension of any particular piece.

How Long Does It Take?

The normal turnaround time for an unframed piece (from order to delivery) is about two weeks. For hand embellished reproductions please allow up to 6 weeks for delivery. I may be able to meet tighter dealines, but please contact me before you order to make sure if I am able to meet your request.

How Will They Be Shipped?

Small reproductions will be shipped via US Postal Service and insured. Large reproductions will be shipped via FedEx Ground, unless the customer requests a different shipping method.
If you live in or around the Los Angeles area you may choose to pick up your piece.
